Married At First Sight groom Daniel Holmes has thrown his support behind some of the world's most divisive celebrities in the name of 'free speech.'

Posting to Instagram on Wednesday, the reality contestant, 31, declared his allegiance to rapper Kanye West, influencer Andrew Tate, former US President Donald Trump and YouTuber SteveWillDoIt - all of whom have been banned from social media for posting offensive content.

'Team Kanye. Team Tate. Team Trump. Team SteveWillDoIt. TEAM FREE SPEECH', the personal trainer wrote.

Daniel, who previously received criticism for his anti-vaxxer beliefs, also shared a post that warned: 'There's a shift coming. Censorship and cancel culture is being overthrown!'

This post presumably referred to the public downfall of celebrities such as West, who garnered major backlash for posting anti-Semitic comments on Twitter.

West's Twitter account was suspended earlier this month after she shared an anti-anti-Semitic tweet which read: 'I'm a bit sleepy tonight but when I wake up I'm going death con 3 On JEWISH PEOPLE.'

The former kick boxer first came to prominence when he appeared on the TV show Big Brother in 2016, but was removed from the program after a video surfaced online which appeared to show him attacking a woman with a belt - a clip he claimed had been edited.

He subsequently gained further notoriety online for making a string of comments about women, including suggesting that they 'bear some responsibility' if they are assaulted.

In one video, Tate advised men accused of cheating by their girlfriends to 'bang out the machete, boom in her face and grip her by the neck. Shut up b***h.'
